Terms of Service
Our code of conduct and rules governing sandbox interactive usage.
Agreement to terms
Welcome to Shipyard. By registering an account and using our online sandboxes, code playgrounds, and tutorial blueprints, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our platform immediately.
Conduct in interactive labs
Our online sandbox terminals are provided strictly for educational practice. You are explicitly forbidden from using our sandboxes to run cryptocurrency mining scripts, host proxy servers, launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, scan network ports, or distribute malware. Any violation of these playground boundaries will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without notice.
Account responsibility
When you register, you must provide valid credentials. You are responsible for keeping your session tokens and credentials private. If you notice any unauthorized access to your student profile, notify us immediately. You are responsible for all commands executed inside sandbox environments associated with your account ID.
Intellectual property
The custom terminal simulators, course curriculum, code challenges, images, and text contents on Shipyard are our intellectual property and are protected under copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to use these resources for personal, non-commercial educational study. You may not scrape, download, or copy our curriculum to create or train competing training platforms.
Disclaimers and sandbox limits
Our interactive environments are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime, we cannot guarantee that container nodes won't reboot, reset, or disconnect due to resource limitations. We are not liable for any data loss, code loss, or configuration resets that occur during your practice terminal sessions.
